Tania Capecchi

Tania is our splendid and well experienced Picnic Chef. She was born in Italy on the Florentine hillsides by a South African mother and a Tuscan father. Together with her mother Susan, she owned a successful restaurant in Florence which for ten years gave her the possibility to acquire multiple cooking skills until she became mother of two children, Tommaso and Niccolo and consequently decided to let go of the restaurant. Recently she has been joining us on our adventures delighting our guests with freshly and carefully chosen produce, vegetables and fruits that will delight whoever after a hike or bike ride feasts upon her picnic.
